Payment

PayPal

We currently accept payment using PayPal - either from an existing PayPal account or by credit/debit card (you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by debit/credit card).

Please note that we will only ship knives to your billing address.

If you choose to pay in US Dollars we will ship to any billing address in the world and your payment will be made in US Dollars. If you do not pay using US credit/debit card or US Dollar PayPal account then the card provider or PayPal will debit your card or PayPal account in your local currency according to their exchange rate terms and conditions.

If you choose to pay in Pounds Sterling we will only ship to a billing address within the United Kingdom.

Currency and tax

The prices shown on the website in US Dollars for orders placed from the US and non-European Union countries are not usually subject to any further tax and so are the price you will pay. However, we are aware that some US states and countries might charge a local tax when we ship the product(s) and this has to be paid locally by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over whether this tax is levied or not and so we cannot include this in the price paid on the website. By ordering from this website you agree to pay directly any local taxes that might be levied on the product(s) you receive.

Orders placed in US Dollars from European Union countries will be subject to Value Added Tax which will be added in the Cart at the rate agreed by the European Union for goods purchased from the United Kingdom.

All prices shown on the website in Pounds Sterling include Value Added Tax for the United Kingdom, but we can only ship orders paid in Pounds Sterling to billing addresses in the United Kingdom.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges to your address will be added to the cart during checkout. All our knives are sent by parcel courier service to get them to you as quickly as possible and each delivery is tracked to ensure it arrives safely. We do not send knives (and in fact are unable to send knives to most countries) by normal letter post.

We only charge a single rate for shipping per order and not per knife and so you can add as many knives as you want to the one order and you will only pay one flat rate shipping charge for the total order as follows:

Please note that we will only ship knives to your billing address.

Delivery time

All of our knives are hand crafted to order and we only hold a limited stock of some knives. We endeavor to manufacture and deliver your chosen knife as soon as we can but please allow 4 weeks from time of order, especially if you are purchasing a knife as a gift:

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
